REP Consultants was formed in 1976 and since then has been working discreetly with all parts of the industry. REP deals, nationwide, with motor retailers, manufacturers, importers, finance and auction houses and all other related sectors.

· A Sales Foundation course for newcomers to the industry or those wishing to change disciplines within it. Graduates of this course are proving very popular with the trade, arriving with enthusiasm and a good basic knowledge, but without the baggage.
· Training/Marketing events. Dealmaker, a live training event with an impressive record of sales improvement, being used by some of the biggest names in the industry.

An important factor to take account of when working with a consultancy on any aspect of business is experience. REP has been serving the industry for more than 30 years. We are not a generalist, multi sector, practice. We just deal with the motor and related industries.

When a candidate registers with REP we speak with them to understand their aspirations and experience. We never send out CV’s to a client without discussing the opportunity with the candidate first.
We don’t reveal our clients without their permission. We try to get a genuine understanding of the role to help to select the best candidates. REP do not approach candidates that we have placed with clients.
