REP Recruitment was formed following a Buy Out of the Motor Trade Recruitment Division of Diligencia. The company is lead by the Chief Executive Peter Pearce and was founded by Peters Father Bob Pearce in 1976 who serves as the REP Chairman. The Board of REP Recruitment is completed by a Director, Sandy Lamb.

REP recruitment have a dedicated team of Recruitment professionals who offer the best in Recruitment advice and service for our clients and candidates. The staff are Jane Beech - Recruitment Coordinator, main liaison with clients and Tom King - Recruitment Consultant, main contact for candidates. Joy Williams and Elaine Alexander serve as the administrative support team.
