The REP office has always been based in the North West, but increasingly we have developed to operate on a nation wide basis. This together with the continuing effects of consolidation in the industry, have required a business model to evolve that operates at both Group and Head Office level but which also ensures the highest standards at their local dealerships are achieved.
REP work with a Regional Director structure, on a franchised basis. Regional Directors are responsible for developing local relationships with dealers, understanding their specific needs and obtaining assignments. With candidates, they will meet with them and get to understand their abilities and ambitions, then target them to relevant assignments, all this with total confidentiality.
A Regional Director has sole rights to a territory and works with the successful, tried and tested process of REP.
