
Training is the process of bringing a person to a desired standard of efficiency by instruction and practice.
Motor dealers generally have two main ares of need. Firstly is technical training, which is an area very well covered by the manufacturers and usually specific to the particular franchise held by the dealership. The second area is in general and managerial training, which is more job specific than franchise related and often incorporates both skills training and personal development aspects designed to improve effectiveness and profitability.
With training it is important to seek a provider who will create courses for your needs rather than using an off the shelf solution.
